How we work
From first sketch to site
Four stages take your project from the first idea to completion. We also recommend the engineers and surveyors you'll often need, from long-standing partners.
Concept design
Initial design sketches and talking through the options you prefer, then finalising the ideas into the layout that suits you.
Planning
Scaled plans, a budget cost estimate and detailed planning application documents. 90% of our applications are approved.
Construction preparation
Detailed technical drawings, with quotations on the products you choose, ready for tender.
On site
If you want us there: coordinating everyone on site and monitoring the technical work.
